Reminds me a lot of Court and Spark and Ladies of the Canyon era Joni. The synths and vocal chops of Kleinmeister, but the solitude of Rendezvous with Rama. I find it easy to describe in terms of other things but hard to describe the emotions that it makes me feel! These summer-y odes to that seem to be directed to a teenage New Englander really resonate with me, an almost not-teenage New Englander, two decades later, but I think anyone could see themselves in these songs!
